I would like to thank the community of Kamloops for taking in and supporting the residents of Merritt during the flood evacuations.
From the volunteers helping at the ESS registration centre and assisting us with supplies, to the hotels that had to quickly house everyone, to the many local businesses that are also helping, please know it is very much appreciated and we are so very thankful.
Kamloops is a great city with community pride and spirit.
