Letter: Snow-clearing mailout shows City of Kamloops out of touch

I received another expenditure via a civic notice dumped in my mailboxe, providing tips on slow clearing.

Now I’m totally convinced the City of Kamloops is out of touch with residents’ reality when talking about snow clearing.

Whenever the city wishes to avoid responsibility, it creates a bylaw to deflect onus back onto the homeowner. It is sad that council and staff have lost touch with reality.
