I totally give up on trying to get a taxi in this city. One can phone and reserve, but it makes no difference.
We almost missed our flight due to a no-show by Yellow Cabs.
We have two taxi companies and a seemingly dormant ride-hailing company called Kabu. Why don’t we have Uber?
It’s no wonder to me why some people still drink and drive.
