Letter: We will miss the staff at Summit Medical Clinic

In light of the closure of the Summit Medical Clinic I’d like to thank the dedicated health-care professionals who staffed the office seven days a week for almost three decades.

There is no question the new urgent primary care facility at Royal Inland Hospital is positioned to pick up the slack as B.C. moves toward implementing its multi-disciplinary team-based health care model.

But it goes without saying, that without Summit’s professional, responsible

and caring staff, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our quality of life.

So, a warm, heartfelt expression of gratitude and appreciation for taking such good care of us all these year.
