Bojesen wins provincial tennis title, earns spot on national team

Eric Bojesen posted a 4-0 record to win his division at the Tennis B.C. Senior Provincial Championships, which were held last week at Jericho Tennis Club in Vancouver.

The Kamloops Tennis Centre athlete, who was competing in the 75- to 79-year-old men’s division, did not lose a set at the tournament.

Bojesen has been selected to represent Canada at the International Tennis Federation Super-Seniors World Team Championships, which will run from Sept. 15 to Sept. 21 in Umag, Croatia.
