Kamloops Broncos have city approval to book facilities

B.C. Football Conference club waiting for Canadian Junior Football League to lift ban on all team activities, a decision that could come as early as July 1

The Kamloops Broncos have the green light to book City of Kamloops facilities.

Broncos’ general manager Jan Antons, who received approval from the city on a return-to-play plan on Tuesday, said the B.C. Football Conference club is waiting for the Canadian Junior Football League to lift its ban on all team activities, a decision that could come as early as July 1.

Antons said it is possible league play will resume in September, with the national championship to be decided in early December, but the CJFL has not signed off on anything.
