The Kamloops Storm completed a perfect pre-season with two weekend victories.
Kamloops, which finishes the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League exhibition slate with a 4-0 record, edged the North Okanagan Knights 3-2 on Saturday at McArthur Island Sport and Event Centre.
Zakery Anderson scored twice for Kamloops and Kasey Jackson notched the game-winning goal in support of netminder Jakob Drapeau.
The Storm thumped the hometown Chase Heat 7-3 on Friday at Art Holding Memorial Arena.
Branden Toye (2), Owen Barrow (2), Brendan Mucha, Peyton Kelly and Lex Friesen had goals for Kamloops.
Ryan Dusseault picked up the win between the pipes.
Kamloops and Chase will square off on Friday on Mac Isle, the first game of the regular season for both squads.
Fans will not be permitted into the building due to COVID-19 regulations.
