Rattlers get help from Venom, but Raiders have antidote

Junior B call-up Mykl Drabiuk scored both goals for the Kamloops Rattlers in a 10-2 loss to the hometown Kelowna Raiders in Thompson Okanagan Senior Lacrosse League play on Friday.

Drabiuk belongs to the Kamloops Venom of the Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League.

Andrew Garrant notched four goals and six points for the Raiders.

Kamloops (1-1) will play host to the Armstrong Shamrocks (1-1) on May 10. Game time is 8 p.m. at Memorial Arena.

The Vernon Tigers are 0-2, while Kelowna sits atop league standings at 2-0.
